Our philosophy when developing Arco Table was to create a flexible system, easy to
operate - keeping the ergonomics of the hospital staff in mind.
Ample space around the patient is secured at all times in a system which offers a tomography
option with a ceiling suspended X-ray tube electronically coupled to the bucky.
The automatic film focus distance will position the ceiling mounted X-ray tube in the
preprogrammed distance whereupon the working height can be adjusted to the operator.
We have developed a unique centring feature which moves the cassette tray to the centre
of the X-ray beam regardless of its position under the table. The control panel is easy
to slide away or remove.
Caring for the patient
With a minimum table height of only 55,5 cm the patients can easily sit down on the table
top which increase their feeling of security.
Hospital staff avoid heavy lifting.
ArcoTable can be equipped with automatic beam collimation to save time and effort.
System flexbility
The slidable bucky tray and the longitudinal travel of the table top allow for skull and
foot radiographs on a trauma patient without having to re-position the patient.
The 32 cm transverse travel eliminates the need for re-positioning of for instance a
hip-joint a.p. Arco Table takes up less floor space than most other X-ray tables.
